This text presents a summary of methods and techniques and data and concepts as they are applied in the practice of HRA. What we do first in our text is to simply report the facts-- to locate the probabilistic data available today for the systems engineer, risk analyst, behavioral scientist, human factors engineer, human reliability analyst, or other interested parties.
