Since The World Trande Center (WTC). United States of America, was destroyed by terrorist ini September 2001, people around the world are still scared another same terror would happen again. Therefore people must be careful. Recently, spesial attention is given to radioactive sources since these sources, if put into conventional bomb adn exploded, could spread radiation that is so hazardous,. It's not only the radiation and contamination effect but also physiology effect to people. This situation, certainly, will bring economic influence to the country. Radioactive sources are very widely used such as industrial, medical and research. To make sure that the radioactive sources are not in hand of unauthorized people, therefore it needs rules. Regulation on the security of radiactive sources in not clearly explained in safety regulation now but it's still mixed up. In the future, it will be formed specific regulation on the radioactive sources security, which is separated from safety regulation. Both subjects will become the requirement of the license in utilization of radioactive sources. The regulation will cover qualifications on power that will handle thes sources, the facility related to the categorization of radioactuve sources, and kind of tools that should be prepared by user. Besides that, it is regulated on how the sources are trabsferred from one place to another without being stolen or misplaced. Even for the import and export of radioactivesources must be given attention espesially to supplier or user about their responsibility to the radioactive sources and wether they already posses license or not. The princiiple is how to make sure that and wether sources will not belong to anauthorized person(S)." (AR)
